Shipping Policy

We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all orders. Shipping times and rates will vary based on the destination and chosen shipping method.

Standard Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed.
  • Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days on item such as: bow tie, watches, tie clip, cufflink and pins 
  • Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days on item such as: neck tie, scarves, belts, socks, shirts, hoodies, beanie
  • Delivery typically takes 12-20 business days on item such as: short/long  sleeve button up shirts,  sneakers.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Expedited shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship to select countries.
  • International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from the carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
  • In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within [X] days of the original purchase.
